We will make every effort to ensure your courier item arrives in good condition.If you have any questions about a delivery please contact NZPost directly as they would be able to provide the most updated and accurate information after the parcels dispatch from our end. NZPost Local Shipping - Signature Required (Auckland)
- Same day dispatch if order made before 11am NZT. Overnight delivery.
- Shipping fee $5 NZD for one single order, we will cover any shipping fee if weight is over it's margin.
- Free shipping for orders over $50 NZD.
*Delay may occur during Covid-19 Alert 2+ Level.

NZPost National Shipping - Signature Required (Outside of Auckland, within NZ)
- Same day dispatch if order made before 11am NZT. 3-5 working days delivery.
- Shipping fee $7 NZD for one single order.
- Free shipping for orders over $80 NZD.

NZPost International Air Small Parcel (Australia)
- Same day dispatch if order made before 11am NZT. 3-10 working days delivery.
- Shipping fee $10 NZD for one single order.
- Parcel size restriction:
Max Weight: 2kg Max Length+Width+Depth per parcel: 900mm
Max Length of any side per parcel: 600mm
- Note: You may be contacted if shipment does not qualify the above criteria to extra shipping fee.
- Recommended shipping items: Contact Lens, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow, Lip Stick, Lip Tint or of similar dimension and weight.
