Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter. This promotion is run by Moona.Store, G6/G7 239 Queen Street, Auckland CBD ("Moona").
  2. Entry period. Entries open at 12:00am on Thursday 1 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm on Tuesday 20 October 2026 (NZT). Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility. Open to New Zealand residents. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian, and winners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to the concert where required by the venue. 
  4. How to enter. Entry is only via the official entry form on www.moona.store. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  5. One entry per person. Duplicate or multiple entries from the same person or email address will be removed before the draw. Entries made using false details or automated methods will be disqualified.
  6. Prizes. There are 17 prizes in total:
    • 2 × double pass (2 tickets) to BABYMONSTER at Spark Arena, Auckland, Tuesday 8 December 2026
    • 5 × $100 Moona gift card
    • 10 × Moona K-beauty gift bag valued at $60 or more
    Each entrant can win one prize only.
  7. Draw. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries between 21 and 22 October 2026.
  8. Notification. Winners will be contacted by email and announced on Moona's Instagram on Friday 23 October 2026. Winners must respond within 5 days of being contacted to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
  9. Prize delivery. Prizes may be collected in store at 239 Queen Street, Auckland, or posted to an NZ address.
  10. Concert prize. The ticket prize includes concert entry only. Travel, accommodation, food, merchandise and all other costs are the winner's responsibility. Winners must follow the venue's and ticket issuer's terms of entry. If the concert is cancelled, rescheduled or changed by the organiser, Moona is not responsible and will not provide a replacement prize or cash alternative.
  11. Prize conditions. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift bag contents may vary. Moona may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
  12. Thank-you discount code. Every valid entrant will receive a 5% discount code by email. The code:
    • applies to full-price items only (not sale or discounted items)
    • is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued
    • can be used online only at www.moona.store
    • is limited to one use per customer
    • cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion
    • has no cash value
    Using the code has no effect on the draw.
  13. Your information. Entrant details are collected to run this promotion and contact winners. Joining Moona's email list is optional and separate from entering. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled in line with the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
  14. Publicity. Winners will be announced on Moona's Instagram using a partially hidden version of their email address (e.g. ji****@gmail.com). No other personal details will be published without the winner's consent.
  15. Not affiliated. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by BABYMONSTER, YG Entertainment, Spark Arena or Instagram/Meta.
  16. General. Moona reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms, and to change or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise. Moona's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
